Suzanne Marie

An internationally published author and a professional public speaker, Suzanne has taught and written post-secondary curriculum for conflict management, led a practice for workplace and family mediation and presented at international, national and provincial speaking engagements the past 18+ years.

A Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis Management from Royal Roads University and a retired Chartered Mediator designation from Alternative Dispute Resolution Canada (ADRIC), Suzanne offers her audiences a blend of street smarts experience and classroom education.

Owning her own story about how conflict has shaped her life, Suzanne’s passion and purpose is to show you how to set the tone for connection, belonging, security, and love while creating space for conflict management.

Born and raised in Arizona, Camille Fairbanks now resides in Lethbridge, AB. She received her BA in English from the University of Lethbridge and recently published her first essay, “Divine Nature,” in the anthology Fresh Courage Take: New Directions by Mormon Women.
An eco-awareness advocate for Lethbridge and area, she currently writes about minimalism and Zero Waste on her blog, The Non-Waster ( She also formed and moderates the Southern Alberta Zero Waste Facebook group and talks about reducing waste to anyone who will listen.
When she finds the time, she gardens, practices yoga, reads fiction and explores Southern Alberta with her husband and two boys.
